HANDLING & SHIPPING TIME
We know how critical it is that your order reaches you as fast as possible and we strive to do everything we can to make it happen.
All orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days or less if all items ordered are in stock. Please note if your order contains one or several items in *Pre Order*, your entire order will be shipped only when the pre ordered item(s) arrive(s) in stock (see below for more information on Pre-Orders).
On dispatch you will be notified with a confirmation email and tracking number. All orders will come with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times depend on location and time of the year and are unfortunately outside of our control, however we monitor and adjust couriers’ choices as needed. If your delivery address is within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will generally take between 2-5 business days from the shipping notification email, but may take longer for rural and regional areas.
While we make everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful experience buying from us, life happens, and be sure we will help where we can.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please contact us within 10 business days and we will take you through the process to return your item.
You will be refunded the purchase price minus send and return actual shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
All orders placed with Paypal will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover admin and non-refundable payment fees for refund.
All orders placed with Afterpay will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover admin and non-refundable payment fees for refunds.
Alternatively, the amount of your order (minus actual shipping costs) can be credited on your account for a future purchase.
All items bought on sale, clearance or using a discount code are not eligible for a return unless faulty or damaged.
Always contact us prior to sending back any item so we can assess your circumstances.
Items sent back without our approval will not result in a refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM
If something has gone wrong and you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the damage or fault. We will then arrange return postage of the product at no cost to you and provide you with a replacement, store credits or refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Pre-orders are available when we have confirmation some of our stock is on the way to us and usually advertised as such within two-three weeks of arrival to our office - this is a guideline only, please always refer to the estimated arrival date for each product. Please note the estimated arrival time is an estimate only, as there may be delays outside of our control that can, in some exceptional circumstances such as a sanitary crisis outbreak (COVID), a strike, meteorological events or a number of factors, be substantial. We have been experiencing such exceptional circumstances over the past months and while every precaution is taken to prevent this and we aim to update you with reliable information in a timely manner when possible, we cannot be held responsible for these delays in any way and if you wish to cancel a pre-order for any reason, we will retain a 10% cancellation fee.
Should you need your order for a specific date, please contact us ahead or leave a comment at checkout with the date you require your order by - while we will do all we can to accomodate your request, we can not guarantee we can always do so and thank you kindly for your understanding.
